The Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court dealt with an appeal against a 1998-10-26 decision on family allowances for farmers. rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
