letti ed esaminati gli atti;
richiamata l'ordinanza 15.1.99 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta (II);
rilevato che la parte ricorrente con scritto 25.7.99 comunica di ritirare il gravame, avendole la Cassa, nel frattempo, intimato una nuova decisione che accoglie le richieste ricorsuali (VII);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
