The Ticino cantonal administrative court dealt with an appeal against an expropriation decision. la decisione 8 novembre 1999 del Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina (no. 49/98-178);

ritenuto pertanto che il ricorso è divenuto così privo di oggetto;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli poiché divenuto privo di oggetto.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
