considerato,
che il 5 settembre 1983 la ricorrente ha chiesto la sospensione del procedimento;
che da allora nessuno ha mai sollecitato l'evasione dell'impugnativa;
che la patrocinatrice dell'insorgente ha confermato la scomparsa di qualsiasi interesse all'impugnativa;
che il ricorso va quindi stralciato dai ruoli per desistenza;
visti gli art. 3, 18, 28, 31, 60, 61 PAmm,
dichiara e pronuncia:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
