The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a 2 June 1995 decision of the Department of Social Works, Housing Office, which had revoked a promised cantonal housing subsidy. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellants notified the court on 16 September 1995 that they were withdrawing the appeal. The court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
Administrative appeal withdrawn; proceedings become moot and are struck from the docket. Where the appellants withdraw the remedy before a merits decision, the court confines itself to ordering removal of the case from the roll; absent contrary grounds, no fees or expenses are levied (consid. 1-2).
