The appellant challenged a decision of the Council of State confirming the revocation of his driving licence by the Sezione della circolazione. Before the Administrative Court could rule on the merits, the appellant informed the court on 23 April 1997 that he was withdrawing the appeal. The court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.

preso atto che in data 23 aprile 1997 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
