The administrative appeal concerned an authorization for special use of a state cadastral parcel. On 1 March 1999 the appellant requested withdrawal of the appeal and striking of the proceedings. The opposing party agreed and waived any claim for party compensation. The Administrative Court therefore struck the appeal from the roll, held that the proceedings were exhausted, imposed no court fees or expenses, and awarded no ripetibili.

preso atto che in data 1º marzo 1999 il ricorrente ha chiesto lo stralcio della procedura a valere quale ritiro del ricorso succitato;
rilevato che la controparte ha comunicato di aderire allo stralcio della procedura rinunciando all'assegnazione di un'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegno ripebili.
