Three appellants appealed against the State Council’s dismissal of their challenge to the approval of the boundary of a land consolidation area, the detailed construction project, and the provisional financing plan. Before the Administrative Court decided the case, the appellants informed the court on 5 January 2000 that they were withdrawing the appeal. The president of the Cantonal Administrative Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.
Withdrawal of an appeal renders the proceedings exhausted and justifies striking the case from the docket; absent a contrary rule or special circumstances, no court fees or costs are charged when the proceedings terminate in this manner.

la decisione 15 settembre 1999, no. 3848 e 3849, con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha respinto le impugnative presentate dagli insorgenti avverso la risoluzione 25 maggio 1998 con cui la Sezione delle bonifiche fondiarie e del catasto ha approvato il limite del comprensorio del raggruppamento terreni di __________, il progetto di dettaglio delle opere costruttive e il piano provvisorio di finanziamento delle opere previste nell'ambito del raggruppamento terreni;
preso atto che in data 5 gennaio 2000 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
