The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision concerning disciplinary measures. ritenuto che le parti hanno aderito alla proposta di stralciare il ricorso dai ruoli senza spese e senza assegnazione di ulteriori ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il ricorso è così divenuto privo d'oggetto,
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli poiché divenuto privo d'oggetto.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
