RI 1 appealed to the Ticino Administrative Court against a State Council resolution that had annulled a municipal order requiring CO 1 to remove unauthorized openings in a building facade. la risoluzione 14 giugno 2005 del Consiglio di Stato (no. 2995), che annulla la decisione 16 novembre 2004 con cui il municipio di RI 1 ha ordinato a CO 1 di eliminare le aperture abusive realizzate nelle facciata est e ovest dell’edificio al mappale n. 1050 RF;
preso atto che con scritto 19 settembre 2005 i rappresentanti del ricorrente hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
