The appellant withdrew the appeal against the State Council's decision approving a zoning-plan amendment concerning buildings outside building zones. The Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory found that the matter had become moot and ordered the appeal stricken from the docket. It further ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.
Withdrawal of the appeal; mootness; striking the case from the docket. Where the appellant withdraws the remedy before a merits decision and the controversy thereby loses its object, the court removes the case from the roll.
