The Municipality appealed a State Council decision concerning a pecuniary contribution for the loss of agricultural land. Before the planning tribunal ruled on the merits, the municipality informed the court that it was withdrawing the appeal. The President of the Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
