Whether the appeal became moot after the insurer's reconsideration of the challenged opposition decision
The reconsideration fully satisfied the appellant's conclusions, so the appeal became moot and the case had to be struck from the roll.
Under Art. 53(3) LPGA, an insurer may reconsider a challenged decision until its response is sent to the appeal authority. Because the new decision replaced the challenged one and granted the relief sought in principle, there was no longer a live dispute.
