Der Einz elrichter zieht in Erwägung: Die Klägerin hat am 13. Mai 2016 eine Schutzschrift eingereicht (act. 1). Sie ging am 19. Mai 2016 ein. Gemäss Mitteilung der Post war die Verpackung be- schädigt worden. Die Sendung ist aber vollständig. Das Gesuch wird gestützt auf Art. 270 ZPO gestellt. Der Einz elrichter verfügt: 1. Die Schutzschrift wird entgegengenommen und findet bis 21. November 2016 Beachtung. 2. Die Gerichtsgebühr von CHF 1'000.00 wird der Klägerin auferlegt. 3. Schri ftli che Mi ttei lung an die Klägerin. 4. Eine bundesrechtliche Beschwerde gegen diesen Entscheid ist innerhalb von 30 Tagen von der Zustellung an beim Schweizerischen Bundesgericht, 1000 Lausanne 14, einzureichen. Zulässigkeit und Form einer solchen Be- schwerde ri chten si ch nach Art. 72 ff. (Beschwerde in Zivilsachen) oder Art. 113 ff. (subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde) in Verbindung mit Art. 42 und 90 ff. des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgericht (BGG). Der Streit- wert beträgt mindestens CHF 30'000.00.
