Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im Hause K-platz 1 – 3, B-Stadt, im Dachgeschoß gelegene möblierte Mansardenwohnung, bestehend aus 2 Mansardenzimmern, rechts gelegen, geräumt an den Kläger herauszugeben.

Dem Beklagten wird eine Räumungsfrist bis zum 30.06.1992 gewährt.

Der Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreites zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Beklagte kann die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.800,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
