Tenor
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage werden der Kläger und die Widerbeklagte zu 2) als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt an die Widerklägerin 1.110,52 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.12.2001 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Widerklage abgewiesen.
Von den Gerichtskosten trage der Kläger und die Wi-derbeklagte zu 2) als Gesamtschuldner 10 %. Der Kläger trägt darüber hinaus weiter 19 % der Gerichtskosten. Die Beklagten zu 1) bis 3) tragen als Gesamtschuldner weitere 63 % der Gerichtskosten. Die Wi-derklägerin trägt darüber hinaus weitere 8 % der Ge-richtskosten.
Die außergerichtlichen Kosten werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Widerbeklagten können jedoch die Vollstreckung gegen Leistung einer Sicherheit in Höhe von 1.500,00 EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Widerklägerin vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
