Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 16,60 Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 28.08.2002 aus 11,60 Euro zu zahlen; im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
