Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 60,90 Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.10.2004 zu bezahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

III.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamt-schuldner.

IV.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
