Die Beklagten werden gesamtschuldnerisch verurteilt, an die Klägerin 195 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basissatz seit dem 30. 9. 2003 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Das Urteil ergeht gemäß § 313a ZPO ohne Tatbestand.
