In this first-instance civil action, the Aachen Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €689.90, together with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 12 December 2009. Tenor

In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Aachen

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 11.06.2010

durch die Richterin Gruchol

für Recht er¬kannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 689,90 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.12.2009 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 75 % und der Beklagte zu 25 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Vollstreckungsschuldner darf die vorläufige Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht zuvor der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags abwendet.
