Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.576,22 Euro zuzüglich Säumniszuschlag in Höhe von 1 % pro angefangenen Monat auf einen Teilbetrag von 180,67 Euro ab dem 02.02.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.03.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.04.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.05.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.06.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.07.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.08.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.09.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.10.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 224,12 Euro ab dem 02.11.2009, auf einen Teilbetrag von 378,47 Euro ab dem 02.12.2009, darüber hinaus vorgerichtliche Mahnkosten in Höhe von 12,50 Euro und Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 316,18 Euro zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
