Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 696,95 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 04.02.2016 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits fallen dem Kläger zu ¼ und der Beklagten zu ¾ zur Last.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
