für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldnerinnen verurteilt, den Überhang an Ästen und Zweigen der auf ihrem Grundstück, B-Straße, I-Stadt, entlang der Grundstücksgrenze zum Grundstück der Kläger, B-Straße, I-Stadt, stehenden Kiefer und Haselnusssträucher zu beseitigen.
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldnerinnen verurteilt, an die Kläger außergerichtliche, nicht anrechenbare Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 278,70 €nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 04.03.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldnerinnen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagten dürfen die Vollstreckung der Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.500,00 € abwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
