Tenor

Die Betroffene wird wegen fahrlässigen Rotlichtverstoßes, wobei es zu einem Unfall kam, zu einer Geldbuße in Höhe von 360 € verurteilt.

Von der Verhängung eines Fahrverbotes wird ausnahmsweise gemäß § 4 Abs. 4 Bußgeldkatalogverordnung abgesehen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens und ihre notwendigen Auslagen trägt die Betroffene.
