Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger von der Forderung der W KG, N-Straße 00, 00000 Q zur Rechnungsnummer 00/13 in Höhe von 530,81 € durch Zahlung an die W KG freizustellen.
Weiterhin wird die Beklagte verurteilt, an den Kläger 142,56 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 24.03.2015 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Beklagte ist befugt, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
