Tenor
Das Urteil des Amtsgerichts – Familiengericht – T vom 09.12.1994 – 10 F 455/91 – wird dahingehend abgeändert, dass der Kläger der Beklagten nachehelichen Ehegattenunterhalt in Höhe von mtl. 687,28 Euro ab Oktober 2007 und ab Januar 2008 nachehelichen Ehegattenunterhalt in Höhe von 390,00 Euro zu zahlen hat.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Streitwert wird auf 12 x 875,00 Euro = 10500,00 Euro festgesetzt.
