In this family proceeding, the Ahaus District Court partially granted the applicant’s request for a use fee against the respondent. It ordered the respondent to pay EUR 136.50 monthly from 1 January 2015, in advance by the fifth working day of each month, and dismissed the application in all other respects. The costs were allocated 30% to the respondent and 70% to the applicant. The ruling was immediately effective.

Tenor

Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, an die Antragstellerin, beginnend ab dem 01.01.2015, zahlbar jeweils bis zum 5. Werktage eines jeden Monats im Voraus, eine monatliche Nutzungsvergütung in Höhe von 136,50 Euro zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen der Antragsgegner zu 30 Prozent und die Antragstellerin zu 70 % Prozent.

Der Beschluss ist sofort wirksam.
