The District Court of Bielefeld ordered the defendants, jointly and severally, to pay the plaintiff DM 4,000 with 4% interest from 2 August 1995 following a traffic accident in Bielefeld on 3 June 1994. Tenor

  1. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4000,00 DM (viertausend Deutsche Mark) nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 02. August 1995 zu zahlen;

  2. Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner verpflichtet sind, der Klägerin sämtliche materiellen und immateriellen Schäden - letzte soweit sie nach dem 21. Juni 1995 entstehen - aus dem Unfall vom 03. Juni 1994 auf der Straße in Bielefeld zu bezahlen, soweit die Ansprüche nicht auf Sozialversicherungsträger oder sonstige Dritte übergehen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 6000,00 DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
