Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die von ihr innegehaltene Wohnung „B.“ in C., Erdgeschoss links, bestehend aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Flur und Bad zu räumen und an die Klägerin herauszugeben.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.300,-- EUR abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Der Beklagten wird eine Räumungsfrist von 4 Monaten gewährt.
