In der Strafsache gegen X. wegen Betruges wird das Verfahren gemäß § 153 a Absatz 2 StPO vorläufig mit der Maßgabe eingestellt, dass der Angeklagte einen Betrag in Höhe von 100.000,00 Euro, bis zum 12.01.2018 als Schadenswiedergutmachung an die N. GmbH oder C. mbH zahlt bzw. frei gibt.
