Tenor

  1. Der Antragsgegnerin wird die elterliche Sorge betreffend das Kind Q, geb. am 00, insoweit entzogen als es um den Wirkungskreis "Regelung des Umgangs zwischen Q und ihrem Vater, dem Antragsteller," geht.

zur Ergänzungs- bzw. Umgangspflegerin bestimmt. Die Anordnung wird zunächst befristet bis zum 30.09.2010.

  1. Der Antragsteller hat vorläufig das Recht zu einem begleiteten Umgang mit Q.

Die Ergänzungspflegerin wird gebeten, diesen im Zusammenwirken mit dem Jugendamt Erftstadt unverzüglich in die Wege zu leiten und zu gegebener Zeit darüber zu berichten, welche weiteren Maßnahmen des Gerichts zur Regelung des Umgangsrechts für die weitere Entwicklung von Pauline empfehlenswert erscheinen.

  3. Über den weiteren Fortgang des Verfahrens wird nach Eingang des Berichts der Umgangspflegerin entschieden.
