Die einstweilige Verfügung vom 22.12.2009 – 24 C 572/09 AG C3 – wird bestätigt, indem der Antragsgegnerin aufgegeben wird, dem Antragsteller den Besitz an dem Kellerraum der von ihm gemieteten Wohnung im Haus L-Straße, ####2 C3, und den (Mit-)Besitz an der im Keller gelegenen Gemeinschaftswaschküche dadurch wieder einzuräumen, dass sie dem Antragsteller geeignete Schlüssel für die zum Keller führende Innentür im Haus sowie für die Waschküche aushändigt.
Die Kosten des einstweiligen Verfügungsverfahrens werden der Antragsgegnerin auferlegt.
