The Brühl District Court modified the child-support instrument issued by the Youth Welfare Office of the City of C3 on 17 August 2011. It ordered the respondent to pay, beginning in June 2011, monthly child support equal to 100% of the applicable minimum support for the child’s age group, less half the child benefit. The respondent was ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings, and the decision was declared immediately effective.

Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, an den Antragsteller zu Händen seiner gesetzlichen Vertreterin
in Abänderung der Urkunde des Jugendamtes der Stadt C3 (UR-Nr. 9/2011) vom 17.8.2011 ab Juni 2011 einen monatlichen Kindesunterhalt in Höhe von 100 % des jeweiligen Mindestunterhalts der jeweiligen Altersstufe abzüglich des halben Kindergeldes zu zahlen.
Der Antragsgegner trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.
Die sofortige Wirksamkeit der Entscheidung wird angeordnet
