Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, dem Kläger im bedingungsgemäßen Umfang der zwischen den Parteien geschlossenen Rechtsschutzpolice Nr. RS-V-#-####-####-#### Deckungsschutz für den Rechtsstreit gegen die Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer im Rechtsstreit VG Berlin VG 2K87.15 zu gewähren.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.000,00 € vorläufig vollstreckbar.
