Tenor

Die Antragsgegnerin wird verpflichtet, an die Antragstellerin 4.021 DM nebst

  • 4 % Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz - mindestens jedoch 8 % Zinsen - aus jeweils 333 DM seit dem 6.1. und seit dem 4.2.2000 sowie aus 3.330 DM seit dem 16.2.2000 sowie nebst

  • 4 % Zinsen aus 25 DM seit dem 9.4.2000

zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird der Antrag zurückgewiesen.

Die Verfahrenskosten - einschließlich der außergerichtlichen Kosten der Antragstellerin - werden der Antragsgegnerin auferlegt.

Die vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit dieser Entscheidung wird angeordnet.
