Tenor

Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, an die Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft, zu Händen der WE-Verwalterin 1.064,68 € (66,62 € betr. das Wirtschaftsjahr 2002, 998,16 € betr. das Wirtschaftsjahr 2003) nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz (seit 26.5.2005) zu zahlen.

Die Verfahrenskosten - einschließlich der außergerichtlichen Kosten der Antragstellerin - werden dem Antragsgegner auferlegt.

Im Wege der einstweiligen Anordnung wird die vorläufige Vollstreckbarkeit dieses Beschlusses angeordnet.
