Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger von Ansprüchen der Rechtsanwälte E. (& Partner, ...) gemäß Rechnung 00000 vom 11.5.2010 in Höhe von 83,54 € freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten bleibt nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung durch den Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
Die Berufung gegen dieses Urteil wird zu Gunsten der Beklagten zugelassen.
