The plaintiff brought a civil damages claim against three defendants. The Bonn District Court ordered Defendants 1 and 3 jointly and severally to pay DM 253.65, with 4% interest from 16 December 1989, and dismissed the remainder of the claim. Tenor

Die Beklagten zu 1) und 3) werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin DM 253,65 nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 16.12.1989 zu zahlen; im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin trägt ein Drittel der Gerichtskosten sowie ihrer eigenen außergerichtlichen Kosten und die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Beklagten zu 2) in vollem Umfange; im übrigen werden die Kosten des Rechtsstreites den Beklagten zu 1) und 3) als Gesamtschuldnern auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
