Following an oral hearing on 20 April 1995, Bonn Local Court partially granted the plaintiff's payment claim. It ordered the defendants jointly and severally to pay DM 797.51 with 4% interest from 6 September 1994 and dismissed the remainder. The plaintiff was ordered to bear 80% of the proceedings' costs, with the defendants jointly and severally liable for 20%. In dem Rechtsstreit

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 20.04.95

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin DM 797,51 nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 06.09.1994 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die KLägerin zu

80 % die Beklagten aLs GesamtschuLdner zu 20 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin darf die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.400,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
