1.) Die am 7. Oktober 1991 vor dem Standesbeamten in F/ Türkei unter Heiratsregister-Nr. ###### geschlossene

Ehe der Parteien wird geschieden.

2.) Von dem Konto Nr. ## ### ### D ### des Antragstellers bei der LVA Rheinprovinz werden auf ein bei der LVA Rheinprovinz für die Antragsgegnerin zu errichtendes Konto Rentenanwartschaften in Höhe von monatlich

89,15 DM, bezogen auf den 30. November 1994, übertragen.

3.) Der Monatsbetrag der zu übertragenden Rentenanwartschaften ist in Entgeltpunkte umzurechnen.

4.) Die Kosten werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
