  • 1. Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Bonn vom 08.07.1997 wird aufgehoben und die Klage abgewiesen.

  • 2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.

  • 3. Das Urteil ist wegen der Kosten vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 650,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
