The Bonn District Court ordered the defendant to allow the plaintiff shared use of the house’s basement laundry room and attic drying room. The plaintiff may use both facilities on Mondays and Tuesdays each week, and also on Fridays or Saturdays for as long as the third tenant does not claim a right to use them. The parties must coordinate where necessary. Drying may extend beyond the designated usage periods when weather conditions require it. The defendant was ordered to bear the costs. The judgment is provisionally enforceable.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, der Klägerin die Mitbenutzung der Waschküche im Keller des Hauses T..straße 4, 5... C, zum Waschen von Wäsche, sowie des Trockenspeichers im Dachgeschoss des vorbezeichneten Hauses zum Auftrocknen der Wäsche jeweils am Mon-tag und Dienstag einer jeden Woche, darüber hinaus, solange die dritte Mietpartei im Hause keinen Anspruch auf die Nutzung von Waschküche und Trockenraum erhebt, jeweils am Freitag oder Samstag einer jeden Woche, dies - soweit erforderlich - nach Absprache mit der Beklagten und/oder der weiteren Mietpartei im Hause, zu gestatten.
Die Beklagte hat es ferner zu gestatten, dass der Zeitraum zum Auftrocknen der Wäsche wit-terungsbedingt über die vorbezeichnete Nutzungszeiträume hinaus andauert.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
