Der Beschluss der Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 09.12.1999 zu TOP 3 (Sanierung der Wintergärten) wird für nichtig erklärt, soweit die Gemeinschaft beschlossen hat Schäden am Sondereigentum zu beseitigen.
Im übrigen wird der Antrag abgewiesen.
