Der Beklagte wird verurteilt an die Klägerin 1.206,56 EUR nebst 5% Zinsen p.a. über dem Basissatz seit dem 21.02.2004 zu zahlen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem Beklagten wird gestattet die

Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung iHv 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe erbringt.
