Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 730,00 Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz gemäß § 247 BGB seit dem 20.11.2004 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung der Kläger durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.100,00 Euro vorläufig abwenden, wenn nicht diese zuvor in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
