    1. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der jeweilige Schuldner darf die Vollstreckung der anderen Partei durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn diese nicht vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
