Tenor

  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin € 1.136,01 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 14. Dezember 2009 zu zahlen.

  2. Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, falls nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
