Tenor
Der Antrag der Antragstellerin vom 29.10.2010, dem Rechtsanwalt der E2 AG in dem von dem Bundeskartellamt im Schreiben vom 29.09.2010 angekündigten Umfang Akteneinsicht nur mit der Maßgabe zu gewähren, dass
a.
die Quellangaben in den Bußgeldbescheiden des Bundeskartellamtes vom 08.06.2010 (Verfahren B 11 bis 19/08) geschwärzt werden, soweit sie den Bonusantrag und/oder mit dem Bonusantrag übergebene Unterlagen der Antragstellerin und/oder Einlassung von Mitarbeitern der Antragstellerin oder ihrer verbundenen Unternehmen nennen, wie in der Anlage AS 1 wiedergegeben und
b.
diejenigen Passagen in den Bußgeldbescheiden des Bundeskartellamts vom 08.06.2010 (Verfahren B 11 bis 19/08) geschwärzt werden, hinsichtlich derer sich das Bundeskartellamt ausschließlich auf den Bonusantrag der Antragstellerin und allenfalls zusätzlich auf den Bonusantrag oder mit dem Bonusantrag übergebene Unterlagen weiterer Betroffener und/oder Nebenbetroffener beruft, wie in der Anlage AS 1 wiedergegeben,
wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Kosten des gerichtlichen Entscheidungsverfahrens trägt die Antragstellerin.
