Der Beschwerde der Antragsgegnerin vom 27.4.2012 gegen den Ordnungsgeldbeschluss vom 3.4.2012 wird nicht abgeholfen. Die Beschwerde wird dem Oberlandesgericht zur Entscheidung vorgelegt.
Die noch nicht beschiedenen Ordnungsgeldanträge des Antragstellers werden zurückgewiesen. Von der Erhebung von Gerichtskosten wird abgesehen.
