Tenor
Der Tatbestand des Beschlusses des Amtsgerichts Bonn – Familiengericht – vom 8.11.2013 - Az. 409 F 221/12 - wird dahingehend berichtigt, dass der Hauptantrag des Antragstellers wie folgt lautet:
das Teilanerkenntnis- und Schlussurteil des Familiengerichts Bonn vom 25.11.2009 – 47 F 198/08 – gemäß § 238 FamFG dahingehend abzuändern, dass er ab Juni 2011 an die Antragsgegnerin keinen Unterhalt zu zahlen hat.
Der so berichtigte Beschluss wird im Tenor sodann wie folgt ergänzt:
Das Teilanerkenntnis- und Schlussurteil des Familiengerichts Bonn vom 25.11.2009 – 47 F 198/08 – wird dahingehend abgeändert, dass der Antragsteller ab Juni 2011 verpflichtet ist, einen Unterhalt i.H.v. 258,00 EUR an die Antragsgegnerin zu zahlen.
Die weitergehenden Anträge des Antragstellers und der Antragsgegnerin werden zurückgewiesen.
Gerichtsgebühren werden für das vorliegende Berichtigungs- und Beschlussergänzungsverfahren nicht erhoben. Außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.
